Department: Quality Assurance & Risk Management

Hooi Sung Lim, also known as Clarese, is the Quality Assurance and Risk Management Officer at LifeWatch ERIC, based in Seville, Spain, since 2021. She is driving the overall development and implementation of the Management System through an established framework across common facilities.

With over a decade of experience in quality management, Clarese has worked across consultancy services, forensic and chemical laboratory environments. She has extensive expertise in ISO standards, including ISO 9001, 17025, 45001, and OHSAS 18001, ensuring compliance and certification with management system standards. Additionally, she has served as an expert witness, assisting in the prosecution of non-compliance cases in relevant domains.

Clarese holds a Master of Research in Green Chemistry, Energy, and the Environment from Imperial College London, under the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship in 2018. She is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry and is also FitSM Foundation certified.
